How to read the program ledger

Every route on this page sits in the same five columns, so a Kyiv departure can be compared with a Rhine program without switching formats.

The ledger is written in plain terms. Each row states its date or sample date basis, the route, the theme, the group size and the price from per traveler. Nothing is hidden behind an inquiry form.

Route themes follow historic districts, local traditions and distinctive cultural experiences rather than checklists of monuments. Where a day is built around a market morning, a family bakery or a parish feast, the ledger names it.

Deposit amount, balance due date and cancellation terms appear on the pricing terms panel before any booking conversation begins. If local conditions or unforeseen circumstances require a substitution, the change is explained to you in writing.

Deposit of 25% confirms a place; the balance falls due 45 days before departure. Inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms are stated in writing before inquiry, see the cancellation and refund policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, and visa and entry requirements remain the responsibility of the traveller.

05Pricing and terms

What the rate covers, and what falls outside it

Rates are per person, based on two travellers sharing a double room, and quoted in euro. Single supplements, private departures and groups above eight travellers are priced in writing once availability is confirmed.

Accommodation for the stated nights, breakfast daily
Local guide and the walking tours named in the route
Rail or coach transfers listed in the itinerary
Entry fees shown against each day

Not included

International flights and airport taxes
Visas, border fees and entry documents
Lunches, dinners and personal spending
Travel insurance and optional extras

Deposit: EUR 300 per person confirms the seat and is deducted from the balance.
Balance due: 45 days before departure. Bookings made inside 45 days are payable in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation: 60 days or more: refund less EUR 50 administration. 59 to 30 days: 30% retained. 29 to 15 days: 60% retained. 14 days or fewer: 100% retained.
Program changes: Local conditions or unforeseen circumstances may require substitutions; every change is explained in writing before departure.
Insurance and entry: Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Visa and entry requirements remain the traveller's responsibility, with no assurance of approval or entry.

Ask for an exact quote on your chosen route

Send us the program name, your preferred dates and the number of travellers. We reply with the confirmed price basis, deposit amount, balance due date and written cancellation terms before anything is booked.
