2. Data we collect

Inquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number and message. Analytics collect technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and referral source.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use inquiry data to answer your request and to take pre-contractual steps at your request under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce'. Analytics data is processed only with your prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI 'On Personal Data Protection'.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies keep the site working. Non-essential cookies for analytics and marketing are set only after your prior, informed and withdrawable consent, which you may withdraw at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer.

5. Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact; analytics data for up to 14 months. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing

We share data with hosting, email and analytics processors under written contracts. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside Ukraine occur only with appropriate safeguards.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, and withdraw consent, by writing to contact@jtravelbuddy.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Complaints

Consumer complaints are handled under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection'. Send complaints to contact@jtravelbuddy.com; we reply within 30 days. Tour programme, insurance and refund terms are provided under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism'.
