Bookings and payment

Before booking you receive the programme, dates, itinerary, accommodation, transport, meals, excursions, inclusions/exclusions, total price including taxes/fees, cancellation/refund terms and complaint procedure. Unlisted items are excluded; material changes are notified before departure. Prices include applicable taxes and mandatory fees unless stated otherwise; extras and deposit/payment terms appear at checkout. Advertising is identifiable and discount claims are substantiated.

Traveller duties and insurance

Provide accurate data, hold valid documents, meet entry/health rules and obey local law. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellation, baggage and activities; proof may be requested.

Cancellation, refunds and complaints

Terms appear before booking and in the contract. Complaints: contact@jtravelbuddy.com with booking number and details. We acknowledge within 3 business days and reply within 30 days.

Liability, privacy and changes

We are liable under Ukrainian law and not for events beyond reasonable control, including war, strikes, disasters, epidemics or government restrictions; affected tours receive remedies required by law. Non-essential cookies, analytics and marketing need prior, informed, withdrawable consent. We may update these terms; the version at booking applies. Ukrainian law governs.
